For the Gin Enthusiasts
Pour a double tot of your favourite Okavango Gin over ice, and swirl.

Allow the gin to settle again, before gently smelling the gin with your mouth slightly ajar. Piney, resinous aromas should be prominent.

Take a small sip of the gin and allow it to pass over all your taste buds before swallowing, without letting it linger.

At first you may identify the juniper forward notes, which include earthy mopane flavours, followed by citrus notes, ending on a pleasant sweet note.
