Half Soda water

Half Tonic

Citrus rind

Generous helping of ice

A dash of Angostura bitters for taste and colour

Ingredients:

50ml Okavango Gin

40ml Salted Apple Cordial

Ice

Method: Shake

Garnish with African Wild Sage in a tumbler OR wine glass

Burnt Grapefruit Caipirinha

Ingredients:

50ml Okavango Gin

2/3 wedges of charred Grapefruit

25ml simple syrup

Pinch of Salt

Ice

Method: Shake

Garnish with a grapefruit slice OR Mint

25ml Rooibos Honey Water

25ml Lemon Juice

Pinch of Salt
